Kawaguchi

Kawaguchi was the town at the foot of Mt. Fuji that we stayed in. We had our hostel booked, but I wasn't sure where it was. So, I called from the station and in my broken Japanese and her broken English she told me I was 30 seconds away, just go outside. So, we got our bags walked outside and there she and her husband were, waving at us outside the hostel. The hostel was really nice and the owners were so kind and helpful! Just to our luck there was a festival starting 3 hours after we arrived.

Our Awesome soft bunk beds!

The men in the festival taking a break to drink some beer!

Agustin being a Samurai!

Some weird gooey stuff in a tin. They put it on a stick, add some coloring, and you twist it around to your liking. I was the ONLY one over the age of 8 eating it! It had no taste, but it was really fun to play with!
