Today our plan was to go visit the Changdeokgung Palace for the 1:30 tour given in English! To save some money we decided to walk there instead of using one of Seoul's city transportation. Changdeokgung Palace was built in 1405 for a second residence for King Taejong. The only way to view the Palace is with a tour, so we joined 40 other people for the tour.
Hoy fuimos al palacio Changdeokgung el cual fue construido en 1405 como una segunda residencia para el rey Taejong.

These figurines are put on the roof to send away the bad spirits. They are always in odd numbers and the more of them the more important the building.
This was the King and Queen's winter room, they would heat under the building to make the floor warm.
