We packed up early to head to Pakse! We flagged down a local transport and hopped on! We shared the ride with many locals and chickens too! The ride was about 1 hour, just enough time to make the chickens restless!

A Lao Empanada! Agustin was SO happy to find this!! The man making them on the side of the road had a little cart and no lights, we almost didnt see him! He had two kinds of empanadas....Pork and coconut- Agustin tried both!
