THAILAND
We said good-bye to Laos and crossed the river into Northern Thailand. In Chiang Mai we did some shopping, looked at many Wats, and saw the most amazing Elephant park with the most incredible elephants! If we didn't see the tricks with our own eyes we might not have believed what they were capable of!

Wats, Wats, and more Wats. Wats are equivalent to a church. The monks eat and pray here. People come here and adorne Buddha with gifts such as money, food, candles, incense, and water.
NO JOKE, these elephants painted pictures! They would be handed a brush, witch they held in their trunk, then they would paint!! If we didn't see it, we wouldn't have believed it! After they paint the pictures they sell the paintings......UNBELIEVABLE!
This elephant took the longest time of all the elephants, he opted to blend his colors to make a painting of the surrounding mountains.
